As one of China Aoyuan Property Group’s subsidiaries, Aoyuan International (short for the Aoyuan International Investment Group) is a large developer based in China. The company operates out of Hong Kong, Guangdong, and Guangzhou. When developing Sydney’s On30 Hyde Park, Aoyuan worked with a local developer, a project that ended up breaking Australia’s records for apartment prices. That particular project ended up becoming a success prototype model for subsequent overseas properties.

One of Aoyuan’s projects in Burnaby – Aoyuan Dawson Street, is expected to surpass 1.1 million square feet. Another one of Aoyuan International’s projects in development is Newtonbrook Plaza, which is 8.6 acres in size. Situated at the corner of Finch and Yonge in the city of Toronto, this site is designated to be converted into one of Canada’s biggest master-planned communities.
