What our clients say

Hi everyone! I’m here to share my experience with Adnan and Big City Realty. I found an apartment on Facebook Marketplace, and as we all know, that can sometimes feel a little sketchy. However, from the moment I started communicating with Adnan, I could tell I was dealing with a true professional. After spending months trying to find an apartment with someone else, I was able to find one in less than a week with Adnan’s help! Read the full review on Google

I had a great experience working with Maral to rent out my property, and I highly recommend her! From the beginning, Maral was professional, attentive, and easy to work with. Her communication was excellent – she was always responsive to my questions, kept me informed, and was available whenever I needed assistance. What impressed me most was her thorough due diligence in screening potential tenants to ensure we found the right fit. Read the full review on Google

Anto was a pleasure to work with. He was well spoken, listened to my needs and his performance reflected that.

Adnan was absolutely amazing to work with! He has such a great attitude and went above and beyond for us to make sure we found a place at the end of our lease. He is always my first recommendation to anyone who is looking to find a home 😁✨️

I used to think that find a place to live was hard, but Adnan Nazifi prove me wrong! He was always for me and helped a lot!!! If I could give more starts I would!

My listing agent Seb is very patient and helpful to me. With his colleague, Maral, they were able to find me a tenant within a short period of time, thank you!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jessica Johnson. She never put any pressure on me to make any decisions. I always felt informed and comfortable the entire way. She helped me navigate the tricky waters as a first time buyer and I would highly recommend her to both new and experienced buyers. She has a great bucket of knowledge and wants the best for her clients. Thanks again! Happy homeowner here!!!

First time working with Anto from Big City Realty Inc and a great experience indeed. Very professional and courteous, Anto provided a clear and transparent rental experience for us as landlords. Anto was able to find tenants for us in less than a week after we signed the paperwork with him. Thanks Anto and looking forward to working with you again.

Working with Jessica Johnson made the process of renting a condo much easier and significantly less stressful. She has great attention to detail and always resolved questions and issues quickly, can’t recommend her enough – thank you Jessica!

Agent: Adnan. Talked to quite a few agents in the GTA area prior to speaking to Adnan, and I was quite surprised how rude RE agents were in general. So the service provided by Adnan was finally a breath of fresh air. Adnan helped us through the process and expedited a lot of things on the other side when their agent couldn’t fulfill certain tasks due to personal reasons. Read the full review on Google

Really can’t say enough great things about Nerses and his team. He added significant value at every single stage of the process – from helping us clarify our requirements, providing expert analyses on our options, to negotiating a great deal, and facilitating the rental of our investment. He has years of hands-on experience which quickly becomes evident in the advice he provides. Read the full review on Google

Nerses and his team have taken care of multiple transactions for our family. They are always professional, timely, and offer sound guidance through complex deals. Highly recommend.

Jessica Johnson helped me a lot, usually I go directly to the listing agent and handle them and the landlord directly myself when looking for rentals. However, given my situation it was hard for me to get approved by some landlords for the modern units I wanted, despite large savings and good credit. She not only helped me find multiple places, but made sure when I saw the one I wanted that I got it. Read the full review on Google
