Frequently asked questions
What does it cost to sell with you?
Commission is agreed with you in writing before you list, and we give you a net-proceeds estimate at the same time so there are no surprises.
Do I have to stage?
No, but staged homes photograph better and usually sell faster. We recommend what makes sense for your home and budget.
Where do you sell?
Markham, Unionville, York Region and across Toronto and the GTA. Our head office is in Markham, with leasing offices in Leaside.
Can I sell while living in the home?
Yes, most of our listings sell that way. We coordinate showings around your schedule and handle the preparation with you.
