Proposed to join Toronto’s Willowdale neighbourhood are two 18-storey rental buildings by KG Group. To be located on the southeast corner of Avondale Avenue and Oakburn Crescent, the building designed by Kirkor Architects Planners is expected to offer a total of 452 suites.
