Proposed to join Toronto’s Discovery District are two 72-storey mixed-use condominium buildings developed by Crown Realty Partners. To be located on the southeast corner of Edward Street and Centre Avenue, the buildings designed by Turner Fleischer Architects are expected to offer 1,110 and 779 suites, for a total of 1,889 suites.
