Proposed to join Toronto’s Westminister-Branson community are four mixed-use condominium buildings standing 12, 13, 32, and 32 storeys tall. To be located on the southeast corner of Steeles Avenue and Dufferin Street, these buildings are developed by First Capital. Designed by Turner Fleischer Architects, the condos are expected to offer a total of 1,124 suites.
