A newly proposed 40-storey mixed-use rental development by Yorkreal Holdings Inc., 1910 Eglinton Avenue East is set to be located in Wexford-Maryvale, on the northeast corner of Eglinton Avenue East and Hakimi Avenue. Designed by Turner Fleischer Architects, the tower will be offering 387 suites ranging from one to three + den bedrooms.
