Proposed to join Toronto’s Fort York community are two mixed-use rental and condominium buildings standing 23 and 31 storeys tall. Developed by TAS and Woodbourne Canada Management Incorporated, these buildings will be located on the southwest corner of Tecumseth Street and Lane West Niagara South of Wellington. Designed by Adamson Associates Architects, this project is expected to offer a total of 920 suites.
