Proposed to join Toronto’s Old Town community are two mixed-use rental buildings developed by Fitzrovia Real Estate Incorporated. Standing 38 and 40 storeys tall, these buildings will be located on the northeast corner of King Street East and Princess Street. Named “The Grainger and The Sanderson”, these buildings designed by Turner Fleischer Architects are expected to offer a total of 791 suites.
