The Orca Project

A new mixed-use development is coming to 433 Front St W, embedded between the Fashion District and the Entertainment District. P.I.T.S Developments Inc. submitted an application for The Orca Project which is set atop a railway corridor, transforming the unused land that had become the City’s rail corridor for over 150 years. This master-planned community consists of eight buildings containing a total of 2,750 units ranging from one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom suites. The Orca Project will connect communities in the city through a retail galleria, new workspaces, and lots of open spaces.
