There are 615 residential suites in all, including 82 studios, 174 one-bedroom, 195 one-bedroom + den, 102 two-bedroom, and 62 three-bedroom. There are also 16 Nishnawbe suites. 252 Church will also feature over 27,000 square feet of amenity space, including an outdoor deck on the top of the fourth level podium and a whole third floor dedicated to amenities. The fitness centre of 252 Church will be unique, as it will include a CrossFit studio and a specially designated Peloton lounge. This development will preserve and renovate a heritage building’s facade as part of CentreCourt’s concept.

The Pizza Pizza shop area is currently housed in a 1913 Sterling Bank of Canada building. This heritage site will be included to the development’s podium, which will incorporate ancient and new architectural components. Short-term bicycle storage is accessible from the public lane, while long-term 554-space bike storage is located on the mezzanine level.

Location Location Location

252 Church is located at the intersection of Church and Dundas in the Garden District. This densely populated area of the urban centre is recognized for its fast-paced city life. The Garden District, located on the east side of Yonge, encompasses most of the Ryerson University campus, Massey Hall, and a plethora of stores, restaurants, and attractions.

Spend the afternoon at the Art Gallery of Ontario, which is only a short walk away, or catch a movie at the lovely Carlton Cinema. This development is within walking distance of the world-famous Eaton Centre Shopping Mall, effectively the city’s epicentre, with concerts and other events taking place in the dazzling Yonge & Dundas Square and spilling over into the rest of the city. This lively metropolitan centre is characterized by festivals, parades, and cultural events.

Students have relocated into the area as Ryerson University continues to expand, bringing energy and excitement with them. Unique attractions such as karaoke bars, escape rooms, board game cafes, and boutique bars have sprung up, ushering in new customs and landmarks.

The stunning Allan Gardens, a historic green space with decades of history in the city, with an off-leash dog park, various attractive walks, and a gorgeous canopy of trees, is also nearby. Other parks, such as Moss Park, are close by, and with diverse neighbourhoods like Church & Wellesley and Cabbagetown just a short walk away, there’s always something exciting or intriguing to do.

252 Church Transit

Yonge Street, Toronto’s most recognized and busiest street, is one of the world’s longest streets, stretching from the shores of Lake Ontario all the way to Barrie. Other main streets in Toronto, such as Dundas, Bloor, Queen, King, and University, form a grid around which the city’s whole transit network is built. Traveling around the GTA is simple even from these main roadways, which branch off in every direction into the GTA’s eastern and western borders, including Scarborough, Durham Region, Etobicoke, Peel Region, and Halton Region to the east and west, and York Region to the north.

The TTC ensures that public transportation is plentiful and accessible in downtown Toronto, with major subway lines, streetcar lines, and bus routes all converging within the downtown district and funnelling through Union Station, located at the southern end of the Entertainment District. Travellers, commuters, and explorers alike have apparently endless alternatives from here. The UP Express Train connects Union to Mississauga’s Lester B. Pearson International Airport, GO Travel runs commuter train lines across the GTA and beyond, and VIA Rail provides inter-city transit along Canada’s most populous corridor, the Quebec-Windsor Corridor.

Toronto is expected to soon boast the world’s most high-rise condos, and young professionals continue to find the downtown core and West End appealing places to build a family and call home. The city of Toronto’s expansion will continue, as will the city’s most vibrant region. The Downtown Core is no exception, and with areas like the Garden District, Cabbagetown, and Church & Wellesley experiencing tremendous upheaval and building, now is a good moment to consider investing in the area. Parkland, shopping, world-class transit and a team of luxury developers behind 252 Church, there is plenty to be excited about!
