Peter Freed founded the company “Freed Developments.” Sometimes called the “King” of King Street West, Peter has successfully converted the neighborhood of King West into an urban-esque hub, with condos there worth almost $1 billion. In its two-decade history, Freed Developments has introduced high-quality developments where a cultivated quality of life is enjoyed by building inhabitants. Freed Developments as a reputation for building landmark structures, suites that are creatively designed, and spacious settings. The company is recognized for some of the city’s most creative condominiums, and are involved with the outer architecture, design, and amenities. The developer has close to $1 billion worth of projects in development, selling out a number of them like 155 Redpath, 150 Redpath, Art Shoppe Lots + Condos, and Sixty Colborne. Prior projects include a landmark structure on King West known as Fashion House, commercial amenities like Wilbur Mexicana and The Keg, and a building that has an infinity pool on its roof.
