MOD Developments have left quite a mark on the industry in the short amount of time they’ve been around. Launched in 2009, they have experienced strong growth as of late, and are credited with building progressive and distinctive structures that stand apart from others in Toronto. They’ve received plenty of recognition for their projects, including a slew of awards for FIVE Condos on St. Joseph, as well as Yonge Street’s Massey Tower.
