Are these resale homes?
No. They’re brand-new homes sold by the builder, Times Group, on the builder’s own forms.
Can I see a home before buying?
Yes. Showings are booked through us and the builder’s listing agent attends.
Do I pay a commission?
No. The builder pays the buyer agent’s commission on these homes.
Does the HST relief apply?
If you sign an agreement for a new home between April 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027 and will live in it, you can get up to $130,000 of the HST back: the full 13% HST on homes up to $1 million, $130,000 on homes from $1 million to $1.5 million, and a reduced amount up to $1.85 million. It applies to all buyers, not just first-time buyers. Construction must start by December 31, 2028 and finish by December 31, 2031. Ask us how it works for a specific home.
